Winter greetings! Here are the two latest paintings.

"Shipyard Geometry - Study" is an oil study (8 x 10 in. on panel), painted on site this fall in Boothbay Harbor. I was drawn to the geometry, colors and light created by the buildings. They perfectly framed the composition.

"Shipyard Geometry" is the final painting (oil on linen, 30 x 40 inches). I expanded the composition a little and played up the window in the big green building and added a few sail boats in the harbor. This piece has been taken to Art Palm Beach 2012 by Courthouse Gallery Fine Art.
